enter any safe deposit box, which I nay maintain, for either depositing
items. therein or re~wviag items therefroa;
To establish any trust or trusts in my Hasa as Settlor, and to
deposit funds and property to or withdraw funds and property from these
established trusts and any other trusts previously existing is sy Hasa,
and to exercise any power to asend, alter or revoke .contained in the trust
agreement of any trust or trusts previously existing in sy name;.
To saga, execute, deliver, pay and perforce all checks, drafts, agree-
manta, coatracta-and all other instruseats in writing of whatsoever nature,
as my said attorney shall deem fit;
To sign, eadorae, execute and deliver, and renew, any and all checks,
promissory notes, bonds, bills of exchange, trade acceptances, or other
evidences of indebtedness, sad to waive notice of presentaieat, demand and
protest thereon, and upon any and-all promissory notes, bonds, checks,
drafts or other instrusents of writing which I have heretofore executed, or
endorsed; •
To enter into and take possession of any lands, tenements or heredi-
taments belonging to me, that may be occupied or unoccupied or may become
- vacant,~or to the possession of which I may be or become entitled;
• To lease, purchase, ezchaage, and acquire, and to bargain, contract,
and agree for the lease, purchase, exchange and acquisition of, and to take,
receive, and possess any real or personal property whatsoever, tangible or
intangible, or interest therein, oa such terms and conditions, and under
such covenants, as my said attorney shall deem proper;
