4. All sewage shall be taken care of by a private
state approved septic tank erected by the Owner, his heirs,
!:legal representatives,.successors or assigns, and no cesspool,
~~earth closet or privy maybe built on these lots, nor~can
~~outside~toilets be erected. All septic tanks are to~be
~~located on the front portion of the Lots.

' S. The said-lots shall-not be at any time
subdivided or sold, except as a whole, without the written
consent of the Association, its successors or assigns.

6. The Developer expressly reserves the right for
pit, its successors or assigns to release by sealed instrument
iany of the covenants, restrictions or limitations herein
,;contained in respect to any one. or more of the lots or
f parcels of land owned by ft. The release- of such restric-
~;tions, covenants and limitations in.respect to one or more
~Esaid parcels shall not be effective to release, alter or
~~modify the restrictions, covenants and limitations imposed

7.- All yard lights shall be a 36 inch magna ray
fjequipped with a photo cell, and mounted at least 25-feet
from the ground level.
' 8. The restrictions provided for in this covenant
~.shall_be real covenants and shall run with the land and
"subject to the above, shall be included in all future
contracts and deeds regarding said properties.

9. -Said lots described shall. not at anytime be
subdivided or sold except as whole, but these restrictions
shall not prevent an Owner, his heirs, legal representatives,
!:successors or assigns, from conveying any part of said real
estate hereby conveyed to owner or owners of lots adjoining
real estate herein conveyed.
10. No trucks or commercial vehicles of any kind
:'shall be permitted to be parked in the subdivision for a
~~period of more than four hours unless same is present and
.necessary in actual construction or repair of buildings on
land and no trucks or commercial vehicles shall be parked
tovernight. No travel trailers, boats or boat trailers shall _
:~be permitted to be parked for more than three days.
11. Simultaneously with the filing of this
+i Declaration, Developer has caused to be filed a deed instru-
!{merit conveying Lot 25 of Vikings Landing, Phase One, to
j~the Association for use as a parking compound for travel
,,trailers, boats and trailer and motor homes, and such other
?general purpose use as the Directors of the Association may
' ;determine from time to time.
12. No weeds, or other unsightly growths or
~~debris shall be permitted to grow or remain upon premises
Whereby conveyed, and no refuse pile or unsightly objects
;;shalt be allowed to be placed or suffered~to remain anywhere
`'thereon; and in the event that an Owner herein shall fail or
`:refuse to keep demised premises from underbrush .or refuse
piles or other unsightly growths or objects, then Developer
or some other Owner of record, may enter upon said premises
;:and remove same and such entry shall not be deemed a trespass.
JOHN FENMItNAN, 13. The raising, maintaining or breeding of any
