Grantee, by acceptance hereof , and by agreemer?t with 4antor hereby
expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with all of the

abllgation to make payment of assessments for the maintenance and operation

ment Stipulation") and a Decdaratton of Protective Covenants. and Restrictions
(the "Protective Covenants").. as hereinafter set forth. _The Settlement Stipu-.

obligation to pay certain "Assessments" as are respectively set forth in the
Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants . Grantee expressly acknowl-
edges and assumes the obligation to pay the amaounts assessed against the
Apartment under both the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants and
acknowledges that "Assessments" under both the Se t Stipulation and
Protective Covenants against all properties now or herfter included within
