decedent died a resident of this county.
5. Roger Jewett., whose address is Box 94, Lake Jem,
Florida 32745 and who is qualified under the laws of-the State
of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representative because he was appointed under decedent's lost
or destroyed Will.
6. The nature and approximate value~of the assets in
this estate are cash .accounts of approximately $46,000 in valve.
7. Petitioner fs unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
