decedent died a resident of this county.
5. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 6.
6. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
September 10, 1973, has not been found and is presumed lost or
destroyed although believed by Petitioner to be unrevoked by
decedent at the time of her death. A~conformed copy of said
will accompanies this petitioner.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's lost of destroyed
will be established and ad~aitted to probate.
