THIS IfGREEI?fENT, made and entered into this ~ day of
August, .1976, by and between ROBERT McKINNEY, hereinafter called
the Respondent, and NAOMI.D. McKINNEX, hereinafter called the

W Z T N E S S E T H.
WHEREAS, the parties are .Husband and Wife, they weiee
married on 'the 30th day of June, 1951 at Beckley, West Virginia
and three (3) children were born of this marriage,. however, there
_ i8 only one; namely, JANE I~KINNEY,•14-ye~rs of age, for whom pro-
visions are; to be made,-and ~ .
.WHEREAS, in ebnsequence of disputes and irreconcilable
differences, the parties have separated and are now living apart.
In view of their intentions to continue to .live apart for the rest
of their natural lives, they desire to settle their respective

property rights and desire to stipulate concerning alimony, child
support and other matters concerning their affairs as'-set forth
herein..
.NOW, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of
the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained, in and for
other valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
f 1. The Petitioner is and shall be entitled to the sole
care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties hereto
-namely: JANE NlCKINNEY, 14 years of age. The Respondent shall
pay or cause to be paid to the Petitioner the sum of $75.00 per
• week for a period of one (1) year from date hereof,~the initial
payment to be paid on or before the ~ day of lam. 1976,
