The Respondent agrees to convey to the. In addition thereto, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows; a. That parcel of property located at 404 Uliich Road., White City; St. Lucie County, Florida, which property is presently partially zoned commercially, and the two (2) lots or real proper- ty located in Port St. Lucie, and to which the parties recognize they shall become Tenants-in Common. In the event the parties hereto shall elect to sell said properties and they cannot agree upon the selling price of same, then and in that event, they•shall submit to the rules and regulations provided by Florida Statutes prescribing arbitration. Upon disposition of said properties, all proceeds realized shall be divided equally between the parties. 4. The parties agree that the Petitioner shall be en- titled to all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, et cetera, present ly situated in or on the residence property presently occupied by the Petitioner and the minor child, more specifically described as I - G71 Crocus Court, Palm Beach Gardens.
