Respondent agrees to be solely and completely liable for same.
5. •It is mutually agtreed and .understood that the afore-
mentioned premises or property located at 671 Crocus Court, -Palm
Beach Gardens, Florida.. is owned by the Respondent's employer-and.
that .the-Petitioner is entitled to occupancy of said premises so
long as-.the Respondent is. employed by his present employer, or
until such time as the minor child of the parties shall have attai -
• ed the age of 18 years, or•upon t'he remarriage of the Petitioner,
whichever event shall first occur. In the event the right Qf-'
- occupancy is terminated by the Respondent's employer. for any reaso ,
the Petitioner. shall vacate the premises within a period of 30
days from date of receipt of a written-notice and that she will no
be entitled to any further remuneration from the Respondent for
the purpose of obtaining. another household for herself and the~•
minor child of-the parties.
6. Both parties agree that the Respondent shall be en-
titled to reasonable and liberal rights of visitation with the,
minor child of the parties. The•Respondent agrees to pay or cause
to be paid such medical, dental and necessary expenses incident -
.thereto which may be incurred on behalf of the minor child until
such time that the minor child shall have attained the age of 18
years, shall have become self-emancipated or shall have died which
ever event shall first occur. - -
7. The Respondent agrees to pay or cause to be paid to
the Petitioner's counsel, LuVEivL ETiiIER, £BuGln£, the sum of
$400.00, said figure representing.the balance due on attorney's
fees and court costs herein expended.
