other party.
9. Both parties hereto agree and understand that this
Agz•eenLent shall-constitute the full and entire agreement by and.
between the parties hereto and both acknowledge that there are no
reserve agreements which have to oz should be incorporated into
this Agreement. Both parties further acknowledge and agree that
.any and all other promises and/or agreements made between the
parties, express or implied, prior to; .concurrent-with. or subse-
quent to the signing of this Agreement, are expressly declared
by the parties hereto to~be null and void and of no force and
effect. ~ ~ -
- 10. Furthermore, both parties hereto agree-and unfler-
stand that. they both have had -the opportunity. to secure. and ob-
Lain benefit of legal counsel relative to..their rights prior to
the execution of this Agreement.
11. This Agreement. may be offered into evidence by
either party in any action for the dissolution of this marriage;
and, if acceptable to the Court, shall be~incorporated by referenc
in the Final Judgment that may be rendered. However, notwithstand
' ing incorporation in the Final Judgment, this Agreement shall not
be merged in it, but shall sutrvive the Finai Judgment and be bind-
ing on the parties for all time. .
