to that certain first mortgage encumbering Parcel I recorded in O. R.
Book 169 at page 1060 of the public recirds of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and to that certain first mortgage .encumbering Parcel II
recorded in O. R. Book 169 at page X058 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, each of the above described mortgages
being from Floyc'~ C. Welsh, et ux, to Citizens Federal Savings and
