after being first duly sworn, depose and says.

general partnership organized under the Uniform Partnership Act
of the State of Florida for the. p g

citrus groves and that. the interests of each of them in such
- business enterprise are as follows:

Roy Thomas 1/3 interest
Charles Stone, Jr. 1/3 interest .
2. That the fictitious name under which said business is
carried on is STS GROVES.
3. That they have caused to be advertised once a week for
four consecutive weeks, in the Fort Pierce News Tribune notice
of their intention to register the above fictitious name with
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Proof of publication of such notice by the publisher of the News
Tribune is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
4. That this affidavit is made pursuant to Section 865.09
of the Florida Statutes; and further affiants sayeth not-.
