NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, chat if the Principal shall
promptly make payment to all :persons supplying labor and material in the prosecution of the work pro-
vided for in said Contract.-then this obligation to be void; otherwise shall remain in full force and effect.
PROVIDED, however, that Principal and Surety shall not be liable to the Obligees or any of them
unless the Obligees or any of them have performed the obligations to the Principal in accordance with
the terms of said Contract; and
PROVIDED, further, that no suit, action or proceeding by reason of any default whatever shall be
brought on this bond after one year from the day on which final payment under .the Contract falls due;
