ORDER APPROVING SETPLSMENT
TBIS CAUSE coming on upon the sworn petition of DONALD R. MACRAY and
GLADYS B. MACRAY, the natural .father and natural mother of the Plaintiff,
GREGORY R. MACRAY and DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY, individually, -
. and the Court having considered the record, heard the testimony regarding
the facts and circumstances surrounding the accident which is the subject
matter of this suit, examined the exhibits submitted and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
F~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause have been
conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and advise of their
respective counsel of record with diligence and caution, so as to fairly
compensate the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY.
2, The sum of $7,284.25 in to be paid by the Defendants to DONALD R.
MACKAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY, as the natural father and .natural norther of
the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY, as settlement in fawn of the said
Plaintiff, for his damages, and that said settlement is hereby ratified
and approved.
3. The amount in controversy, the parties, the subject matter of
the said cause and all other jurisdictional facts are found to be within
the authority and jurisdiction of this Court.
