FINAL JUDGMENT
IBIS CAUSE came on before the Court upon the issues and the record.
a jury having-been expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of t{ie parties; and
having reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by DONALD R. MACRAY
and GLADYS B. MACRAY, as natural father and natural mother of the Plaintiff,
GREGORY R. MACRAY,~and having heard the evidence and the discussion of
counsel for the respective part~.es, and having approved the settlement
in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants; and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY, suing by
his natural father and natural mother, DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B.

~ MACRAY, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants, PAI,MA ELLIS
E MARTIN and STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY the sum of $4,500.00; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DONALD R. MACKAY and GLADYS
B. MACRAY, individually and as natural father and natural mother of
~ GREGORY R. MACRAY, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants,
PAI.MA EbI,IS MARTIN and STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $,~,?.$~rt ~5.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs, DONALD R.
MACRAY and GLADYS 8. MACRAY, in the several capacities as aforesaid, shall
have and recover of and from the Defendants the total sum of $7,284.25. -
