THIS CAUSE having come on by the Court an8 it being determined by the -
Court that the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY, was a minor at the time of
the accident herein sued upon, whose natural father-and natural mother
are DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY, and that the-amount of the
Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY, is within
the limit authorized by the applicable Florida Statutes, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY's, natural
father and natural mother, DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY, should
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to collect the amount of
the Final Judgment heretofore entered against the Defendants, PALMA ELLIS
MARTIN and STATE FARM INSURANCE COt~ANY, and in favor of the Plaintiff,
GREGORY R. MACRAY, and it.is further,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that DONALD R. MACRAY and GLADYS B. MACRAY, as
natural father and natural mother of the Plaintiff, GREGORY R. MACRAY,
should be and they are hereby authorized to execute the satisfaction of
Final Judgment and Release which is in proper form and is hereby approved
by the Court.
