Pre-Trial Statement.
3. -OTHER PROVISIONS:
,Further, the parties having so agreed and stipulated,
any and all exhibits, discovered subsequent to date of the
pre-trial hearing may be admitted, upon immediate notification
to opposing counsel, and subject to all objections being reserved.
~ The witness list of Order each party may be amnended up to
