THIS CAUSE came on before the Court upon.~the issues
i and the record, a jury having been expresslywaived by the parties
and,the Court finding that it has jurisdiction over~the subject
matter and. of the parties; and having reviewed and approved
the Petition submitted~by CHESTER LIBBY and DOROTHY LIBBY,
as stepfather and natural mother of the Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN
SOUTHERLY, and having heard the evidence and the discussion
of counsel for the respective parties, and having approved
the settlement in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the Defen-

dams; and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
' ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN
SOUTHERLY, suing by his stepfather and natural mother, CHESTER
LIBBY and DOROTHY LIBBY, shall have and recover of and from
the Defendants, DONALD A. PORTER, DANNY J. PORTER, and AMERICAN

FIRE & CASUALTY CO. the sum of $4,000.00, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that CHESTER LIBBY
and DOROTHY LIBBY individually and as stepfather and natural
- mother of LANEY CALVIN SOUTHERLY, shall have and recover of
and frown the Defendants, DONALD A. PORTER, DANNY J. PORTER
and AFRICAN FIRS ~ CASUALTY CO. the sum of $1,000.00.
