SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMEriT
THIS CAUSE having come on by-the Court and it being
determined by the Court that the Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN SOUTHERL ,
was a minor at the time of the accident herein sued upon,
whose stepfather and natural mother are CHESTER LIBBY and DOROTHY
LIBBY, and that the amount of the Final Judgment in favor of
the Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN SOUTHERLY, is within the limit
authorized by the applicable-Florida Statutes., and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN
SOUTHERLY'S stepfather and natural mother, CHESTER LIBBY and
DOROTHY LIBBY should be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to collect the amounts of the Final Judgment heretofore

entered against the Defendants, DONALD A. PORTER, DANNY J.
PORTER and AMERICAN FIRE & CASUALTY CO., and in favor of the
Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN SOUTHERLY, and it is further,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that CHESTER LIBBY and DOROTHY
LIBBY as stepfather and natural mother of the Plaintiff, LANEY

~ CALVIN SOUTHERLY, should be and-they are hereby authorized
to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release which
is in proper form and is hereby approved by the Court.
