THIS CAUSE coming an to be heard the 29th day of January,
1980, and the parties being represented bq counsel and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERED-and ADJUDGED that. the Plaintiff, RRALHINRLE
.PHOTOGRAPHY GROUP, INC., provide the Defendants with all records
pertaining to photographic material taken in by KRALHINRLE
PHOTOGRAPHY GROUP, INC., all records pertaining to materials
forwarded to B be S ENTERPRISES, and all records of photographic
material forwarded to other photo finishers from August 11, 1978
i
through August 11, 1979 to-the Defendants' attorney, J. Michael
Brennan, Esq., 715 Delaware Avenue, Fort. Pierce, Florida, within
~ fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order._
Done and Ordered at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of January, 1980.
