GEORGE RING, and the Wife, MARY ELLEN RING, by and through
their respective attorneys, having each petitioned this Court for
an Order requesting the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services to-make an investigation and social study concerning the
custody of the minor child in this cause,. pursuant to Florida
Statutes,§61.20, hereby stipulates to the entry of the following
order.

O R D E R
This cause having come on before this Court on the Petition
of each party for aHome-Study by the Division of Family Services,
Department of Rehabilitative Services and by~stipulation of counsel,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon-
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
That pursuant to §61.20, Florida Statutes, the Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services shall make an investigation and _
social study concerning all pertinent details relating to the minor
child of the parties hereto and the home life of each parent.
