This .cause having--come on for hearing before this Court
- on the ~lst daq of January, 1980 on the Petition of the Respondent

for Modification of Child Support Payments and the Court being.
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification
of Child Support Payments in the amount of $30.00 per week per
child is granted and the Respondent shall hence forth pay to the
Petitioner for the benefit of LEARAE RAINS DISHER, born June 21,
1964 and DIANA LYNN DISHER, born-July 26 , 1969, the minor children,
the sum of $20.00 per week per child plus the $2.00 for payment of
Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
That these modified payments are to begin on the-25th day
of January, 1980 and thereafter on Friday of each and every week

by postal money order to the Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, P. 0. Drawer .700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said
Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for
transmittal to the State of Ohio as long as the case is certified
as a Title IV-D case. If the-Clerk receives notification by the
Department of Health fi Rehabilitative Services that the case is no
longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support to: Butler
County Juvenile Court Support Desk, Court House, Hamilton,
Ohio 45011.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for
the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further
orders as may be deemed equitable.
