FINAL REPORT AND PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The Petition of ELIZABETH M. FREY and DOROTHY lrl. OGDEN,
as the duly acting and qualified Co-Personal Represeniatives of
the Estate of JAMES M. MILLER, deceased, shows respectively:
1. JAMES M. MILLER died April 24, 1978 and on May 17, 1978,
the Petitioners were appointed Co-Personal Representatives and
continuously have, sine that tiara, ~isc~arged t~¢ duties of Oo-
Personal Representatives as required by law.
' 2. Petitioners have published a Notice to Creditors of
j the estate as required by law, the first publication of which
occurred on May 22, 1978 and Proof of Publication of that Notice
has been filed. The period during which claims can bey:filed
validly against the estate has expired. All claims filed in
connection with this Estate have been satisfied as evidenced by
proper receipts.
3. The decedent's gross estate did require the filing of
a Federal Estate Tax Return. There was tax due the Federal
Government and the State of Florida, in connection with this Estate,
and your Petitioners have paid same and obtained and filed with the
Court a Final Certificate from the State of Florida, being No.
A-29599 and a Final Closing Letter from internal Revenue Service.
4. Petitioners state that they have made distribution to _
themselves, as the sole beneficiaries of the ~sta~e of JAMES M.
