5. The Petitioners have gathered all of the assets of

the estate that are collectable and have otherwise faithfully
administered all the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the
decedent. .
6. Nothing remains to be done for the completion of the.
administration of this estate, as all expenses and costs have been
paid or provided for prior to closing 'this estate proceeding=
including attorney's fees to Oughterson, Oughterson, Prewitt and
- Sundheim in the amount of $4,500.00. Your Petitioners are
claiming no fee for their duties as Co-Personal Representatives.

of Discharge to ELIZABETH M. FREY and DOROTHY M. OGDSN, as Co-
Personal Representatives of this Estate, upon filing with this
