STIPULATION FOR CONTINUANCE
AND CHANGE OF
COMES NOW,-plaintiff .and defendant, by and through
their respective undersigned counsel of record, and stipulate
this cause set for non-jury trial on January 22, 1980 at-1:30
P.M. be continued until such time as either of the parties move
to have it reset.
The parties further agree to a change of venue from
St. Lucie County, Florida to Martin County, Florida, acknowledging
that venue is proper in either County. -
The purpose of this continuance is in an effort to re-
solve the issues without the necessity of a hearing before the Court
and the agreement as to change of venue is for convenience of the
parties.
