PLAINTIFF 011 NOTE
THIS CAQSS coning on to be heard before me on
application for Final Judgment, and it appearing that a Default
was duly entered on the 30th~day of October, 1979, and the
Plaintiff having produced and filed in this Court the original
Note of the Defendant and the sworn statement of the Treasurer of
Plaintiff as to the account against the Defendant sued hereon, and
it appearing to the Court that the Plaintiff is entitled to
recover on eaid Note the sum sued for, to-wit: the sun of
$165,887.97, principal and interest through January 21, 1980, with
interest accruing thereafter at the rate of $38.91 per diem, for a
total sun of $ ~ , and the Court; being otherwise advised
is the premises; it is, upon consideration thereof
OBDER$D and ADJUBGBD that the Plaintiff does have

and for damages, together with a reasonable attorney's. fee in the
