SATISFACTION OF PROMISSORY NOTE
KNOW ALL M~ BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, WALTER R. PRYOR, the owner and
holder of a certain Promissory Note executed by LEONARD F. WEBB, JR.,
to WALTER R. PRYOR, bearing date the 17th day of December 1979, and
recorded in Official Records Book 322, page 1721, of -the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Fiorida in the principal sum of EIGHT HUNDRED
ANDNO DOLLARS (800.00); hereby acknowledge full payment and Satisfaction
of said Note and surrenders the same as concelled, and hereby directs
the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
