' A parcel of land in Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 24, Township
37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southeast
corner of said Section 24, bear North 89 degrees 55 minutes 00
seconds West along-the South line of said Section a distance of
965.65 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 0 degrees 54
minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 200 feet; thence-South 71
degrees 02 minutes 24 seconds West a distance of 354 feet more or
less to the waters of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River; thence
Southeasterly along the waters of the North Fork of the St. Lucie
River to the intersection with the South line of said Section 24;
