THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Motion
for Release from Incarceration of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for the above-named Respondent and the
Court having considered the papers filed herein and being fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Release from
Incarceration be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of
St. Lucie County, Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to
immediately release the above-named Respondent from incarceration
until further order of the Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St.-Lucie County,
