COMES NOW the plaintiff, by and through his undersigned
attorneys, and moves this. Court for a continuance of the
trial presently scheduled herein.-for February 5, 1980, upon
the following grounds:
1. Plaintiff's attorney will be out of the State
from January 31, 1980 through February 17, 1980.
2. This request for continuance is made in good faith
and not for purposes of delay.
