East Coast Railway Company's Bight of clay, according to the
survey and plat made by Elmer Robb, C.B. in June 1911 and of -
record in Plat Book 1, Page 33, in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in St. Lucie County, Florida. Said Lot 4
extends from the Indian Biver on the East to the Florida East
Coast Railway Right of way, on the West and in crossed by the
Public Road known as Indian River Drive. Said laced lying and
