notice thereof= that the. material allegations of the petition are true
and that an Order of Sunmaary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that there be an imomediate distribution of all of the -
assets of the decedent to ANGELA ~i. ZAMPOGNA, includinsl but not li,s~ited
to the followings
(1) Real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Block 323, Lot 6, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 2,
St. Lucie County, Florida (OR 235-2503) -
(2) 1966 Buick automobile, ID No. 433076H162479.
(3j Personal property delivered to JOSEPH H. YOUNG, as
representative of ANGELA M. ZAMPOGNA, by City of Miami Police.
k (4) Bank accounts, if .any.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that ANGELA M. ZAMPOGNA shall be entitled
to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actionssto~enforce
the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered
to comply with this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to
those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to
s .them by this o~pder and shall-not be accountable to anyone .else for
the property.
