(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due date
the payments called for in the first mortgage now encumbering
this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or some
other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon, on as estoppel form provided ~
for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a purchase money second mortgage. '
~ (4) Upon request by the MORTGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein, at
its option, within twenty (20) hears from the date of this
mortgage may make future advances to the MORTGAGORsherein. Suc
future advances, with interest thereon shall be secured by this
mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said S
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amour ~
of indebetedness secured by this mortgage, not including proper
sums advanced to protect the security of this mortgage, exceed
the original amount of the note secured by this mortgage plus
U.S. #1,000.00.
