QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, 8xecuted this lst day of February,
1980 by LARRY E. GRtJWSLL and BRENDA M. GRUWSLL, his wife, First
Party, to WILLIE 808 GRUWELL, whose postofffce address is Route 4,
Box 183-A, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450, Second Party;
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" shal 1 include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of
individuals wherever. the context so admits or
requires)
WITNESSETH, That the said First Party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration
in hand paid by the said Second Party, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
Second Party for and during the term of .his life, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said First Party has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, towit:
From the SE corner of the North I/2 of Lot 88,
White City Subdivision, in Section 5, Township
36 South, Range 40 East, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, of~the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida run
West 15 feet for Dunn Road right-of-way and for
point of beginning; continue West 135 feet, thence
North 135 feet, thence East 135 feet, thence South
135 feet to point of beginning.
The said First Party does hereby grant and convey the hereinabove
described land unto the Second Party for and during the term of his
life, and upon his death then unto the First Party, their heirs and
assigns forever.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatso-
ever of the said First Party, either in law or equity, to the only
• proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Second Party for and during
