CONTRACTOR'S AFFIDAVIT
STATB OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, this day,
personally appeared GREG SCHROEDER, who under oath deposes
and says:
1. That he is the co-owner of GREG AND BILL'S POOL
PLASTERING. He has personal knpwle~ge of the books and records
of GREG AND BILL'S POOL PLASTERING and is authorized by said
business to make this sworn statement.
2. Pursuant to a fully executed written contract
with BRYN MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC., GREG AND SILL'S POOL
PLASTERING furnished building materials, supplies, and labor
in the construction of an improvement situated on the following
described real.propertq:
In Sections 10 and 11, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, the South 1,498.25 feet.
of Sections 10 and ll, including that
part of Lots 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 92,
AVALON PARR SUBDIVISION and Government
Lot 2,~less North 1,083.75 feet and that
part of Government Lot 3 that lies North
of the North line of Lot 92, AVALON~PARR
SUBDIVISION, lying west of State Road
A-1-A.
Said building materials and labor were of a total
value in excess of $13,741.80, including extras, of which
there remains unpaid $1,891.80.
Appended hereto is the original written contract.
