'°y AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into this ''day of a
1979 by and between Bryn Mawr Camp Resorts, Inc.. here na

sometimes referred to as."Bryn Mawr" and Greg i 8i11's Pool
Plastering and Remodeling, hereinafter sometimes referred to
as"Greg & Bill's".
For and In Consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
the mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable con-
sideration.the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged.
1. Bryn Mawr agrees to serve as the General Contractor
and supply the materials for the repairing of the
swimming pool located at the Bryn Mawr Camp Resort
5100 N. AlA, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. Greg & Bill's agrees to provide the required labor
for the repairing of the swimming pool as noted
herewithin the signed agreement.
~ 3. Bryn Mawr agrees to supply all materials but in no
event will the sum of alI supplies exceed Two Thousand
Six Hundred and Fifty-Eight Dollars and no cents
($2,658.00).
4. In the event. the supplies needed to complete the pro-
~ ject exceeds the sum as noted in paragraph 3, Greg &
Bill's agrees to have the amount deducted from the
charges being made for any labor.
5. Greg & Bill's shall drain and prepare the pool's
interior surface by acid washing.
6. Greg & Bi21's shall repair all visible cracks and
leaks in the tank of the pool.
7. Greg & Bill's shall remove and kill all algae in the
pool with chemicals and chiseling.
8. Greg ~ Bill's shall repair all broken file in all
racing lanes and replace all tiling on scum gutters
ircludinq two (2) rows of bulln~se anc; •:ne row of
mosaic. Color and style of the to be mutually
agreed upon.
9. Greg & Bill's agrees that the surface to which
ceramic the is to be applied shall be free from
defects, loose materials, film or other conditions
which would impair the bond strength of the in-
stallation.
10. Greg ~ Bill's agrees to install Chattahoochee stone
surface on the top and outside edge of the exterior
lip of the scum gutter. Quality and color of stone
to be mutually agreed upon.
11. Greg 6 Bill's agrees to remarcite entire surface of
pool, refill, chlorinate, clean, and stabilize pool
water. Finish coat shall have a smooth finish and PooL.Ce
be guaranteed for a period of one year. ~ y 61.
12. Bryn Mawr agrees to make payments in the following 1~11a,
manner:
A. Upon completion of items 5,6,and 7 payment
of $3,500.00 will be made.
B. Upon the completion of items 8,9,and 10 a
payment of $6,850.00 will be made.
C. Upon the completion of the balance of the
contract a final payment of $2,771.00 will .
be made.
