FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, coming on before the Court upon Motion for
Final Judgment filed on behalf of the Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PIERCE, against the Defendants, DAVID E. SHEDD, Trustee and DAVID E. SHEDD,
individually, and the Court having considered the pleadings, including the
Stipulation of the Plaintiff and the Defendants, DAVID E. SHEDD, Trustee and
DAVID E. SHEDD, individually, heretofore filed herein and the evidence herein,
and it appearing to the Court that Plaintiff is entitled to a Judgment herein
~ as a matter of law, and the Court having admitted into evidence the Promissory
Notes, or copies therefore, sued upon in this cause, and having reviewed the
Affidavit heretofore filed herein by Plaintiff as to the sums due Plaintiff
on said Promissory Notes and having received evidence in~the form of Affidavits
with regard to attorney's fees and the Court being fully advised of the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUGED as follows:
1. That there is due and owing to Plaintiff on the
Promissory Notes sued upon and heretofore admitted into evidence, the following
sums in accordance with the following schedule to wit:
