ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff's Complaint and all supplemental
pleadings are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
2. The Defendant, Panagiotis Zacharakis and Zacharakis
Enterprises,Inc. Counter-Claim filed herein is hereby dismisse
with prejudice.
