ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATION AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:

admits the existence of liability insurance
coverage in a limited amount.
(2) EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed

admitted into evidence without objection except
as hereinbelow reserved.
(3) OTHER PROVISIONS:
Eac witness may file an amended schedule of
documentary and tangible exhibits and additional
witnesses at any time five days prior to trial.
(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by
either party.

(5) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the
Pre-Trial Conference and those filed on any supple-
mental witness list at least five days prior to
trial, will be permitted to testify, except the
parties themselves may testify without being
listed. Either party may call any witness listed
by the other party.
(6) PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES: Plaintiff shall have three
peremptory c a enges. The Defendant shall have
three peremptory challenges..
(7) JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instructions, on
a separate s eet or each charge, shall be submitted
to the Court at the begining of the trial, with
copies to attorneys. Additional jury instructions
shall be submitted no later than at the conclusion
of the testimony.
