SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MBN BY THBSE PRESENTS:
i That CHESTER LIBBY and DOROTHY LIBBY as stepfather and-
natural mother of the Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN SOUTHERLY and
{ CHESTER LIBBY and DOROTHY LIBBY, individually, do hereby acknow-
ledge full payment of the Final Judgment heretofore entered
in said cause; and, the Plaintiffs do hereby request and direct
the Clerk of the above entitled court to cancel and satisfy
of record the Final Judgment heretofore entered in said cause;
; and.
That CHESTER LIBBY and DOROTHY LIBBY, acting in the

j several capacities of stepfather and natural mother of the
Plaintiff, LANEY CALVIN SOUTHERLY, and individually, do hereby,
in consideration of the total sum of $5,000.00 to them in hand
paid in accordance with the requirments of said Final Judgment
j the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge~,do remise, release
and forever discharge the Defendants, DONALD A. PORTER, DANNY

J. PORTER, and AMERICAN FIRE & CASUALTY CO., and all persons,

firms, or corporations in privity with them of and from the

said Final Judgment rendered in the said cuase, and all manners

~ of action, causes of action, and damages, past, present and

~ future belonging to or sustained by, the Plaintiffs in said

cause, on account of any and all injuries now known or hereafter
i~ known resulting of and from the accident which occurred on
If or about April 13, 1979 in Hendry County, Florida, which is
