Bernard Gates, Trustee, shall receive no compensation for his services in the
management of this trust so long as said agreements are in effect. In the
j event said agreements are terminated then C. Bernard Gates, Trustee, shall re-

oeive as compensation for his services in the management of this trust the {
sum of $1,250.00 a year, payable in monthly installments. If the said C•
