The Petitioner, DOROTHY SMITH WALK, and alleges:
. 1. The petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the mother of the deceased.
2. Decedent, LARRY RAY DUNNAGAN, whose last known
address was 4161 Lebanon Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
7
February 3. 1978 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. So far as is knows, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent
are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this County because
decedent was domiciled in said County at the time of death. -
5. Petitioner, DOROTHY SMITH WALK, is entitled to
~ preference in appointment as personal representative because
she is the mother of decedent and one of the heirs of the es-
€ tate due to the fact that~the decedent was killed in an auto-
mobile accident and under the survival statute she is entitled -
to the proceeds received for the wrongful death of the decedent,
LARRY RAY DUNNAGAN. Petitioner requests the Court to waive the
requirements of a bond since the question of insurance coverage
is contested and amounts to only #10,000.00; also the father's

whereabouts is unknown.
