Comes the undersigned on behalf of the duly appointed personal
representative in the abovestyled cause, petitions the Court to appoint
a Guardian Ad Litem to represent ETHEL fLETCHER in the abovestyled estate
to assure her best interests therein and petitioning alleges:
1. That. your petitioner, 6LADYS MARIE HUTSON, is the duly
qualified guardian of ET'HEL fZ.ETCHER who, although mentally co~petent, -
is incapable of manageiaent of her estate by reason of age or physical
infirmity and has voluntarily petitioned the Court for an appointment of
the undersigned as guardian and-the undersigned-has. been appointed such

~ 2. That the ward, ETHEL FLETCHER, is the surviving spouse and
I widow of the deceased, LORENZO BECTON FLETCHER and as such, ~y have some
° right or interest in his estate as a widow notwithstanding that the

~ husband who, in his Mill, designated his estate to ETHEL FLETCHER, daughters,
GLADYS MARIE HUTSON and HAZEL PATTERSON, sons, RAYMOND H. FLETCHfiR and
4 RICHARD DEAN FLETCHER, and granddaughter, J!lDITH ANN MERRITT, in equal.
shares, share and .share alike.
3. That notwithstanding the widow has and does desire to proceed
consistent with the Mill of the deceased, that there may be sage right or
` interest which she may have which is presently unknown to her and for which
cause or basis, your petitioner prays that the Court appoint a Guardian ad
Litem to act on behalf of the widow in the matters of the estate.
