Court that the said person is incapable of pursuing .her individual
financial interests and that the ward nay, as the spouse of LORENZO r
BECTON FLETCHER, have some right or interest in the estate which interest
should be pursued individually for the ward and the Court being fully
advised therein, finds: That Guardian Ad Liter ahould be appointed for
the ward. therefore, thereupon, it is hereby
