PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL
The Petition of PHILIP DSSIND and JULIA SMALL respectfully
shows: .
1, MAY D. FISHER died on July 18, 1978, leaving a Last. Will
and Testament in which petitioners were named as co-Personal Repre-
sentatives; an authenticated copy of said Will was admitted to pro-
bate on March 15, 1979, and petitioners on that date qualified as
co-Personal Representatives; the petitioners deem it for the best.
interest of the estate, and necessary to provide funds for cash
bequests and payment of claims and expenses, that the following
described property of the estate be sold:
Lot 14, Block D, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION NO.
5, as recorded in-Plat Book 10, Page 34, pub-
iic records of ~i. %ueie ~ouniy, ~'iori.aa.
2. Petitioners have. entered into a contract for sale dated
December 22 19 79 as to the above described property with ALBERT
E. TURNER and LOLA TURNER for One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00)
Dollars cash.
3. It will be to the best interest of the estate to sell
said property at private sale pursuant to the contract set out above.
4. There are estate taxes due which have not yet been paid,
t as the return has not yet been filed, but the co-Personal Representa-
e tives allege that they will make said payments and hold the purchasers
of said property harmless from any liability for same.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that an Order allowing them to
sell said property be entered, authorizing sale to be made at private
