PETITION AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Petitioner, ANNE M. GURNACR, as Personal Representative.
of-this estate alleges:
1. One of the assets of the estate is real nronerty
described as:
That certain condominium parcel, being-Unit No.
803, a condominium, in accordance with-and subject
to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms
and other provisions of that "D~claration of
Condominium for HUTCHINSON ISLAND-CLUB, a condominium"
as recorded in O.R. Book 254, beginning on Paqe 2128,
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner has received an offer to uurchase the above-
described real property. A copy of the real estate contract is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof and sets
forth all the terms and conditions of the sale.
3. The decedent died intestate, and therefore, Court authori-
zation is required to permit the sale of the above-described real
property.
4. Petitioner considers that it is for the best interest of
the estate and those interested in it that the real property

described be sold at the price and upon the terms offered for the
~ reason that the sale is necessary to obtain funds to nay debts,
taxes and other sufficient liquid assets are not available at this
E time.
