On the Petition of the Personal Representative of this estate
for an order authorizing the sale of real property, the court finds
that all interuhted.persons have bean served proper notice of this
hearing or have waived notice thereof= that the material allegations
of the Petitioner are true and .that it is in the-best interest of
the estate and necessary for the purpose of obtaining funds to nay
de}~ts and taxes since other sufficient liquid. assets are not
available; to sell the real property described in the Petition at
private sale, upon the terms and at the price described in the-
Petition, it is -
ADJUDGED that the Personal Representative is authorized to
sell the real property described as:

. 803, a condominium, in accordance with and-subject
to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms
and other provisions of the "Declaration of
Condominium for HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, a condominium"
as recorded in O.R. Book 254, beginning on Page 2128,
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At private sale for the sum of one hundred thirty thousand
dollars ($130,000.00), upon the terms and provisions as set forth
in that certain real estate contract attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
and Personal Representative is authorized to executed all instruments
and documents necessary to effect such sale.
