after named, shell pay and discharge all of my lawful debts and
all expenses of my last illness Qnd funeral as Boon as may be
properly done after my death.
3BCONDs All the rest, residue and remainder of my

bequeath-to my beloved-son, Russell Kelly of 159 Hawthorne
Avenue, Yonkers, N.Y. and I direst that the same be his own
absolutely and in~fee simple forever.
THIRD: In the. event that. my said son predeoeases me,
.THEN AND IN THAT EN$NT ONLY, I devise my entire estate to my
beloved sister, Helen K. Johnson of. Route 526, Allentown, N. J.
and if she is not living at my death, then I devise my entire
estate to~my dear friend, Adele Cole of Fort Pierce, Florida.
FOIIRTH: I direct that I be buried in Hillcrest Kemorial
~araens in the mausoleum beside my husband:
FIFTH: I name and appoint Killian C. Ellis of Fort
Pierce, Florida, as personal representative of this,-MY LAST WILL
AND.TB3TAI~NT, without giving bond and with full power to sell
and dispose of any property of which I die possessed without
order of court.
