PETITION TO AUTHORIZE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
{
Petitioners, IRYIN6 MATSIL and RE6INALD MATSIL, as Personal Representatives
(originally appointed as Executors) of-the above estate allege:
1. Part of the assets of the above estate consist of the following
described real property to wit:
PARCEL A
f The North 100 feet of the South 2500 feet and the North
108.54 feet of the South 2608.54 feet of Government Lot
lain the North half of Section 23, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida as seasured
at right angles to the South line of said 6over~ent
Lot l as shown on plat of survey of said Section '23,
recorded in Plat Book 8,-Page 21 of the St. Lucie
County, Florida Public Records, less the right of way
for State Road AIA; including littoral and riparian rights.

PARCEL B
~ ~ The North 100 feet of the South 24.00 feet, lying hest of
~ the Best right-of-way line of Road AIA, in Government
-Lot 1 in the North one-half of Section 23, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, according to a plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book 8, at Page 21, of the- Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER with all riparian rights
thereunto appertaining.
2. Petitioners have received an offer to purchase to the property from

the Estate for the purchase price of ;250,000.00 cash as set forth in the
contract for sale and purchase by Swiss Crest Properties, Inc., the proposed
purchaser, a copy of which contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a
part hereof.

3. The Last Will and Testament of the decedent, Harry Matsil, does not

' contain a power of sale therein, and it is necessary for your Petitioners to
petition the Court to authorize the sale by the Estate in compliance with
