The only other interested persons in the sale of said property, other than-your
.petitioners, are: Pauline Matsil,~ widow, Milton Matisfil, son, and ~Aosatind Gershuny,
daughter; that each of said persons has consented to this .sale,-said Consents
being filed sieultaneously,Klth this Petition...
5. Petitioners consider that 1t is for the best interests of the estate
and of those interested in it that the real property be sold because of current -
a~airket conditions and for distribution of assets to the beneficiary or beneficiaries
under the Last Milt and Testasent of-said decedent.
NHEREFnRE, Petitioners seek an Order of this court authorizing the sale
of the above described .real property upon the teens and conditions .set-forth in
