ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS CAUSE caning on before this Court upon Petition of IRVINE MATSIL
and REGINALD MATSIL, as Personal Representatives (originally appointed as
Executors) of the above estate .and the Court having deterelined that it is in .
the best interests of the estate that the property described in said Petition
be sold to SWISS CREST PROPERTIES, INC., in accordance with the terlas of-the
copy of the contract attached to said Petition, and that Consents to said-sale
have been filed herein executed by all parties interested in said sale and that
said sale shall be for the sum of X250,000.00 cash less prorations for taxes
at the time of closing and less the ordinary expenses of seller incurred in
connection with said sale, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that IRVING.NiATSII and REGINALl1 MATSIL, as
Personal Representatives (originally appointed as Executors) of the above estate
are authorized to sell the following described property, to wit:
PARCEL A
- The North 100 feet of the South 2500 feet and the North 108.54
feet of the-South 2608.54 feet of Government Lot l in the North
half of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida as measured at right angles to the South line of
said Government Lot 1 as shown on plat of survey of said Section
~ 23, recorded 1n Plat Book 8, Page 21 of the St. Lucie County,
r Florida Public Records, less the right of way for State Road AIA;
~ including littoral and riparian rights.

PARCEL B
The North 100 feet of the South 2400 feet, lying Mest of the West
right-of-way line of Road AIA, in Government Lot 1 in the North
one-half of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, according
to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 21, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER with all riparian
rights thereunto appertaining.
